Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 17, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Continuum Media Works LLC, doing business as Psynthetic ("Psynthetic," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you access or use our website at psynthetic.ai, our platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your data, including any proprietary brand information you provide through the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect information provided through our third-party authentication provider, including your name, email address, profile image (if provided via Google or other social login), and account credentials. We do not store passwords directly; authentication is managed by our authentication provider in accordance with their security practices and privacy policy.
2.2 Brand Profile Data
When you create brand profiles within the Service, we collect the brand names, descriptions, guidelines, visual identity information, and any other content you provide. This data is stored in our database with row-level security isolation, meaning each brand's data is segregated at the database level and is accessible only to authorized users of that brand.
2.3 Prompt and Generation Data
We collect the text inputs you provide when generating prompts, the prompts generated by our AI system, your feedback and ratings on generated prompts, refinement requests, session metadata (timestamps, duration, platform selections), and credit usage records. This data is used to improve prompt generation quality within your isolated brand containers.
2.4 Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials on our servers. Our payment processor may collect and process your payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We receive and store only transaction confirmation details such as the amount paid, credit pack purchased, and a transaction reference identifier.
2.5 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and interaction timestamps. This information is collected through standard web server logs and may be used for security monitoring, performance optimization, and analytics.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including AI-powered prompt generation
- Process transactions and manage your account and credit balance
- Improve prompt generation quality through feedback analysis within your isolated brand containers
- Provide platform recommendations and confidence scores based on your usage patterns
- Send you service-related communications, including account notifications and updates
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information or brand data to third parties. We do not use your brand profile data or prompt content to train general-purpose AI models. Your brand intelligence remains within your isolated containers and is used solely to improve the Service for your account.
4. Brand Data Isolation
A core feature of Psynthetic is database-level brand isolation. Each brand profile you create is stored in a cryptographically verified, isolated container enforced by row-level security policies at the database layer. This means that data associated with one brand (such as prompts, feedback, and learned preferences) is never accessible to or commingled with another brand's data, even within the same user account. This isolation is maintained regardless of application-layer access and is designed to ensure that competing brands managed within the Service are never cross-contaminated.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We use select third-party service providers to operate the Service. Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable data protection standards. These providers include:
- Authentication Provider — Manages user identity, login credentials, email, and profile data. We do not store passwords directly.
- Database Provider — Hosts and stores brand profiles, prompts, sessions, feedback, and credit balances with row-level security isolation.
- AI Language Model Provider — Powers prompt generation. Your shot descriptions and brand context are sent to the AI provider to generate optimized prompts. Inputs sent via the API are not used to train models.
- Payment Processor — Handles all credit card transactions and billing. We do not store sensitive payment credentials.
- Hosting Provider — Serves the application and processes web requests.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Brand profile data, prompt history, and feedback data are retained to support the compounding intelligence features of the Service. If you delete a brand profile, the associated data (prompts, sessions, feedback) will be permanently removed from our database. If you close your account, we will delete your personal information and brand data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or compliance purposes.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), database-level row-level security policies, authenticated and authorized API access, and regular security monitoring. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.

9. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, disclose, or sell; the right to request deletion of your personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise your rights under the CCPA, contact us at support@psynthetic.com.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 11. International Data Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions as described in this policy.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as an in-app notification or email). Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
